A Different Approach To Business Strategy
We believe leadership health is one of the most overlooked drivers of workplace performance. Between us, we've led teams through healthcare's most demanding environments, built successful businesses, and seen firsthand how health shapes decision-making, resilience and performance. Now, we use The Healthy Humans Framework™ to help organisations build healthier leaders, stronger teams and sustainable business outcomes. Based in Melbourne, working with organisations around Australia.
"Most organisations are investing heavily in technology and AI. Very few are investing in the health that allows leaders to think clearly enough to use and adapt to this technology."
Renee Dowie & Claire Jones, Founders, Corporate Health Co., MelbourneOur Turning Point
For years, we did what many ambitious professionals do. We put the work first.
Our careers began together in acute healthcare before taking us in different directions. Renee went on to lead an acute clinical dietetics team through one of healthcare's most demanding periods, while Claire moved into business leadership, leading a team of 25 and helping grow a family business five-fold.
We were doing work we cared about, taking on more responsibility and achieving what we'd worked towards.
What we hadn't realised was how much of ourselves we were sacrificing to sustain it.
We became accustomed to operating under pressure. Running on adrenaline felt normal. Exhaustion felt normal. Looking after everyone and everything else before ourselves felt normal.
Until eventually, it wasn't sustainable anymore. We both had to step away from the pace we had been maintaining and, for the first time in years, create some space to recover.
It was only once we were out of that cycle that we could see the toll it had taken, not only on our health, but on how we were thinking, feeling and functioning.
So we started rebuilding from the foundations: sleep, nutrition, movement and stress regulation.
And as our health improved, so did something we hadn't expected: our capacity to perform.
We began asking bigger questions and seeing possibilities we simply hadn't had the capacity to see before.
Today, we run two businesses together, including our private clinic, Discover Your Health, and still have the energy and capacity to be present for our families and our lives outside work. We haven't achieved this by pushing harder. We've built the health that allows us to perform at this level sustainably.
We thought we needed to protect our health from work. We discovered our health was what made our best work possible.
Our experience wasn't unique.
Highly capable leaders don't struggle because they lack intelligence, experience or ambition. They are trying to lead, solve complex problems and make important decisions while running on empty.
In today's workplace, leaders are expected to navigate constant change, support their teams, embrace new technologies and deliver results in an increasingly uncertain world. Yet many are doing it while sacrificing the very foundations that make sustainable performance possible: quality sleep, good nutrition, regular movement and effective stress management.
Our Philosophy
We believe health isn't another thing leaders need to do. It's the foundation that allows everything else they do, to be done well.
For too long, workplace health has been treated as an employee benefit rather than a business strategy. Yet every decision a leader makes is influenced by how well they have slept, how they fuel their brain and body, how they move, and how effectively they manage stress.
We believe that investing in leadership health is one of the most powerful investments an organisation can make. When leaders are healthy, they think more strategically, respond rather than react, build stronger teams and create workplaces where people and businesses can thrive.
Healthier humans build stronger organisations.
Meet the Founders
Research shows that when leaders are under sustained strain, it changes how they lead, and the impact can extend to the health and performance of their teams.1 Encouragingly, research also shows that targeting leader health can improve wellbeing, with benefits extending to work and leadership outcomes.2
The evidence points to something we have seen throughout our own careers: both mind and body shape how well a leader can perform. Our difference is that we have clinical expertise across both. We combine clinical nutrition with psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, bringing the health of the mind and body together in one approach to leadership performance.
With more than 40 years of combined experience across clinical healthcare, leadership and business, we understand both the science of human health and the realities of performing in demanding environments. Drawing on this experience, we've developed a new approach to leadership performance through the science of a healthy mind and healthy body.

A Different Approach
Leadership performance is shaped by biology, psychology and behaviour. Yet many workplace health programs focus on just one part of a highly interconnected system.
Corporate Health Co. was built differently. We integrate nutrition, movement, sleep regulation and stress management into one innovative evidence-based framework. Sustainable change doesn't come from one nutrition presentation or one resilience workshop, it comes from strengthening the whole human system.
The Foundation of Everything We Do
The Healthy Humans Framework™ is the system behind our approach. Rather than treating nutrition, movement, sleep and stress as separate wellbeing initiatives, we bring them together with nervous system regulation, behaviour change and workplace strategy, creating the conditions for people to think clearly, lead effectively and perform sustainably.
Clinical assessment, wearable technology and objective health data reveal the interconnected patterns leaders can't see and where the greatest opportunities lie to shape health and leadership performance.
A regulated nervous system creates the foundation for learning, adaptation and sustainable high performance.
Complex science is translated into clear, practical strategies tailored to each team. Delivered when the nervous system is ready to learn, the right knowledge becomes meaningful, actionable and sustainable.
Health becomes part of how leaders think, teams operate and organisations perform, creating change that lasts beyond the program.
